Can I have two or more accounts?
You can manage multiple orders and quotations within a single account, and most users find this to be the most convenient way to manage projects.
In some cases, however, you may wish to create multiple accounts — to manage projects for multiple businesses, perhaps, or to separate personal projects from professional projects.
RapidDirect does not forbid the creation of multiple accounts, but you must use a unique valid email address for each account. This helps us prevent the creation of spam or automated accounts.
You will have to log out of one account to access the other. (Unless you use multiple web browsers, in which case you can sign into different account with different browsers.)
While we understand the demand for multiple accounts, bear in mind that it may be more convenient to use a single account for multiple businesses, since your RapidDirect project assistant will be able to familiarize themselves with your general preferences.
Additionally, you will not be able to merge orders from two separate accounts — even if the destination address is the same for both accounts.
If you run two separate accounts, you must place one order from one account and one order from the other. This helps us prevent fraudulent requests.
