When will my parts arrive?
RapidDirect offers premium (DHL) and economy (sea) shipping options. You will receive your parts faster with the premium option, at a higher cost.
Speed of delivery depends on your location, but you can follow the journey of your order with our Logistics Tracking feature.
To see the shipping progress of your parts, check the status of an order through your order list.
If your order is in transit, you can view the progress of your package by selecting ‘Logistics records’ on the appropriate order. These records contain timestamps for each time the shipment changes location.
If you believe your parts are late, check again the Logistics Tracking feature on your order.
If the order is significantly behind schedule, or if the location timestamps have not been updated in several weeks, contact us for assistance.
