Why can’t I log in to my account?
If you have registered an account but cannot log in, there may be an issue with your account or your password. Don’t worry, we’ll get you back in!
Password errors are the most common reason why customers can’t log in to their account.
If you receive the ‘Incorrect username or password’ message, try logging in again after double-checking the spelling of both your email address and your password. (Passwords are case-sensitive, so make sure Caps Lock is off.)
If you still cannot log in, try resetting your password using our simple password reset procedure.
To reset your password, you’ll need to access the email account used to register with RapidDirect. We’ll send you another email verification code to this email address in order to complete the process of resetting your password.
If you receive the ‘This account does not exist’ message, your initial registration may have been unsuccessful. Try making a new account, or contact us if you have existing quotations or orders with us.
Problems with your internet provider or web browser may also prevent you from logging into your account. Make sure the RapidDirect website is not blacklisted or try logging in using a different web browser.
