Why haven’t I received an email verification code?
When registering an account, you’ll need to request an email verification code before submitting the registration form.
This is a simple measure we take to ensure that you’re a real customer and not a robot. It also means you’ll be able to log in to your account even if you forget your password.
If you haven’t received your email verification code, check the spelling of your email address to make sure there are no mistakes. If the email address is correct, try looking in the Spam or Junk folder of your email account. Your email provider might not recognize us.
