Receiving parts & Leaving a review
RapidDirect welcomes customer feedback.
When you receive your parts, you can confirm the delivery by going to the My Orders page. Locate the order, then select Learn more in the Actions column.
This will open the unique Order page, and the progress bar will indicate In Transit. (If more than 15 days have passed since shipment, the order will be marked automatically as Completed.)
Expand the form under the progress bar by selecting the downward-facing arrow, then select Confirm upon receipt to confirm you have received your parts.
A dialog box will appear that prompts you to leave a review of your RapidDirect order. You can rate the experience on a scale of 1–5 across three categories:
- Quality: How happy you are with the quality of your parts
- Lead Time: How happy you are with the speed of production and delivery
- Service: How happy you are with the overall RapidDirect experience, including use of the online platform and person-to-person customer service
You can also give more detailed feedback in the text box underneath.
Note that we will only use your feedback to improve our service, and we won’t pass it on to any third parties.
