Rework & refund policy
RapidDirect strives to meet your requirements, and we have a great track record of satisfying our customers.
However, should your order not meet specifications, you will be able to raise any issues within 5 business days of receiving your parts.
Occasions for rework:
– Unacceptable processing defects
– Fail to meet tolerance requirement
– Incorrect material/finish
Occasions for a refund:
– The part is not machinable
– The customer does not agree to rework
– Other reasons
To contact us about a return or refund, head to My Orders and locate the order, using the search tools if necessary.
Select Learn more in the Actions column to open the individual order.
On the order page, click Contact support in the top left corner, under the unique Order No. This will open a form in which you can type your message.
If there is a physical problem with your order, you can attach images of the problem using the Upload attachments box.
Click Send to submit your request.
Our order fulfillment team will resolve your issues as quickly as possible, typically within 1–3 business days. If you still have any problems, please also try contact firstname.lastname@example.org for help.
